Supporting Nonprofit Consultants to Build Thriving Businesses
Are you a former nonprofit leader or staff member thinking about starting a consulting business but unsure where to begin? Or maybe you’ve already started, but you’re feeling stuck? You are not alone. Building a consulting business as a Global Majority/BIPOC consultant is different—especially when it comes to marketing and selling to our communities.
Traditional business advice often overlooks the unique experiences and challenges we face when working with BIPOC-led organizations or trying to reach communities of color. It requires a culturally sensitive, relationship-driven approach that acknowledges the power dynamics and histories of oppression we navigate daily. I’m here to help you build a business that honors your values, centers your lived experience, and serves the communities you care about.
